These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and cup26 regarding the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
